Dr. Kaitlin Bowen is Board Certified and licensed to practice Chiropractic and physiotherapy in Arizona. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic, magna cum laude, from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she also received a Diagnosis Certificate of Merit. During her time at Palmer she was honored to be able to travel to Manaus Brazil to treat many people who did not have access to chiropractic care.
Dr. Bowen is a native of Arizona and graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
She has additional training in Graston technique which utilizes and interment to break up adhesions within muscles. This technique can offer pain relief for conditions such as muscular tears, tennis and golf elbow, frozen shoulder, general knee pain, and ankle/foot inflammation. She is also proficient in kinesotaping, which is a cutting-edge treatment which involves muscular support and proper biomechanics of the body.
Dr. Bowen has attended numerous seminars in the field of Chiropractic techniques which has helped her remain current on the most up to date diagnostic and treatment procedures for back, neck, temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) and extremity pain. She also has experience with non-surgical spinal decompression. This revolutionary new technology is very effective at treating bulging discs, herniated discs, pinched nerves, sciatica, radiating arm and leg pain, degenerative disc disease, and facet syndromes.
Outside of the office Dr. Bowen enjoys hiking and is a competitive equestrian. She competes across the country with her horse, and has been honored with several world and national championships.
